What must have been an extremely scary situation on Friday, turned out to be a very cold emergency drill.

A possible bomb threat was overheard by someone which led to the evacuation of Grantsburg high school leading to students and staff assembling in the middle school on Friday, Dec. 19 around one in the afternoon.

We are all very thankful that the threat was not real and the outcome was anti-climactic.
