I found this amazing stat on Cheese and Volleyball regarding two of the four Sectional Championship matches to be played tomorrow:
Grantsburg will face Regis and Oostburg will face Racine St. Catherine's in two D3 sectional match ups. The combined records of these four teams is 153-3.
That's some good freaking volleyball! Should be fun. (For the record… Grantsburg is 34-0, Regis is 40-1, Oostburg is 41-2 and RSC is 39-0)
Those four teams make up the top four in the Wissports.net poll as well.
Wow… two awesome teams are going home tomorrow night.

October 30, 2010 at 12:20 pmSorry I forgot about Racine St. Catherine's win that couldn't be entered into the wissports' database, my bad. Actually, the combined record is more like 158-4, I can't find five of Oostburg's results from the UW-Oshkosh tournament, so the 158-4 is a probable guess. Love this website, wish more communities around the state had something similar. Hope to see Grantsburg and Racine St. Catherine's both unbeaten next Saturday playing for gold.
