Baseball and Softball update
I haven’t been able to get to any games yet. The girls fastpitch team is undefeated (5-0) and outscoring thier opponents 62-6. They did have a scare against Barron, but they were able to pull it off in the bottom of the seventh inning. Read coach Steve Johnson’s account of the game here.
The baseball team is starting a little slow, dropping two of their first three games.
My column in the Sentinel had to be condensed from what I had originally written so I wanted to give you an opportunity to read the whole thing as it was intended. Here it is.

To remove conviction that you think correctly, and another is mistaken, for many it is simply impossible. But then the prospect to receive something useful of the read is lost. It would Seem, all is simple – find that, first of all, with what you can agree, then state the vision, the experience. But for many for some reason it is an excessive problem. And for you?
