Grantsburg advances

The Pirate boys put a convincing one in the books as they took on Clear Lake and beat them by 34. The final score was 74-40.

Unfortunately, there will be no vengance for the Pirates in the next round as St. Croix Central defeated the Webster Tigers handily, 51-32.

Division 3

#3 seed St. Croix Falls was upset by Prescott, 59-47

#1 Luck beat #8 Unity 55-38

Division 4

#4 Siren beat Bayfield by 15, 62-47… Siren will go on to play #1 seed Drummond who barely squeaked by Lac Courte Oreilles 81-9!

#6 Frederic lost a close one to Turtle Lake 37-33

So on the opening night of the playoffs the West Lakeland goes 3-4. Not a great showing, but not as bad as the girls as all teams but Siren and Frederic lost in the opening round!
