Webster @ Siren doubleheader tonight

Just some quick thoughts on this game before I head out to broadcast it. (Check out the Youcastr widget on the sidebar of this blog to listen to the live streaming broadcast).

Thoughts…

The boys game should be entertaining with both teams trying to establish new identities it should be interesting to see this game. This is Siren’s (0-2, 0-1) first winable game of the year although I’ll still have to give the nod to Webster (1-2,1-0) because of the good defense they play… but, I haven’t seen Jon Ruud’s new squad play yet, so I reserve the right to change my mind.

The girls game is first and I would expect Siren (3-0, 2-0) to be able to win by 20, but I do like what I saw from Webster (2-2, 1-1) on Tuesday night against a terrible opponant in Unity.

I expect a split with the Webster boys and Siren girls winning.

This is Siren’s first home game.
